Can you find the "purple squirrel?"

If so we want to talk with you. DiGioia Gray, a small, growing, closely-held engineering consulting services firm is searching for a talented recruiter. We're not looking for any recruiter who can simply fill routine positions. We're looking for the person who can find the elusive "purple squirrel."

The firm is growing and is in need of people immediately. However, these aren't your "average" people. These are engineers - in very specific disciplines, with highly specialized skills. Most of the folks who may be qualified for the openings are already actively employed. As such, you'll need to network with folks in niche associations and groups to find the talent we need.

If your influencing skills are exceptional and you know how to hunt down the right people, we want to talk with you. The right candidate will be an experienced recruiter that has vision, doesn't make excuses, and simply gets the result - finding qualified candidates to enter into the interview process.
