We're not looking for any recruiter who can simply fill routine positions. We're looking for the person who can find the elusive "purple squirrel."
The firm is growing and is in need of people immediately. However, these aren't your "average" people. These are engineers - in very specific disciplines, with highly specialized skills. Most of the folks who may be qualified for the openings are already actively employed. As such, you'll need to network with folks in niche associations and groups to find the talent we need.
If your influencing skills are exceptional and you know how to hunt down the right people, we want to talk with you. The right candidate will be an experienced recruiter that has vision, doesn't make excuses, and simply gets the result - finding qualified candidates to enter into the interview process.
- 5-7 years of successful technical head hunting/active recruiting experience sourcing candidates
- Experience cold calling candidates for open positions
- Experience using multiple recruiting sources (e.g. job boards, resume database search, social media, job fairs, networking, etc.)
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Typing, leveraging the Web
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience head hunting/recruiting engineers in the power delivery industry
- Experience in other HR disciplines including, but not limited to, onboarding, training, health and welfare benefits, and employee relations
