To Our Valued Clients,
DiGioia Gray continues to monitor the changing circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to be focused on taking the necessary steps to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, while working closely with our Clients to navigate together through this challenging period.
Communication with our Clients is more important than ever, and we are committed to helping you meet the engineering demands you are facing. Please be assured that DiGioia Gray is fully operational. Our employees have full connectivity to the IT technology and infrastructure to complete project work from remote locations.
We continue to take several steps in the interest of health and safety to help safeguard our staff and our Client-partners including the following:
- Our Business Continuity Task Force, comprised of cross-functional Managers, works to implement our Infectious Disease Response Plan that applies to all employees, contractors, and service providers. The information in this Plan serves to help mitigate disruptions to our services given the rapidly evolving information and guidance from the medical community, governmental officials and agencies, and health organizations concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Task Force meets regularly to ensure our business segments are running efficiently and safely.
- Although DiGioia Gray has been deemed an “essential business”, based on sustained State and Local government directives and recommendations, some of our physical offices in the Mid-Atlantic region remain closed. Other offices have opened on a more limited basis, with strict protocols now in place, such as mask wearing, social distancing and enhanced housekeeping. The majority of our employees continue to work successfully in a remote manner.
- We continue to update and implement our Internal Communications Program, which includes important information from the CDC and experts in the Medical Community on COVID-19. This information is shared through frequent internal emails and also monthly on All-Staff video-teleconference calls.
We are all in this together and DiGioia Gray remains fully committed to serving our Clients, while protecting our employees during this unprecedented and challenging situation. We wish you, your families and our communities good health. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to any team member if you have questions or need additional support.
